Hospitalisation and inpatient care
Our hospital has full facilities for inpatients, including walk-in kennels, separate cat and dog wards, operating theatres, an isolation space and anaesthetic monitoring equipment.

Diagnostics
We have a dedicated imaging suite and offer flexible and rigid endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, allowing for fast and accurate diagnoses.

Nurse clinics
Sessions for kittens, puppies and junior pets, as well as weight clinics, diabetes clinics, anal gland expression, tick removal, advice on parasite prevention, grooming and more.

CT scanning
Computed tomography (CT) scans allow us to capture highly detailed images from inside the body. This can help us to catch signs of health issues earlier and start appropriate treatment.

Physiotherapy, acupuncture and laser therapy
Our registered veterinary nurses can offer physiotherapy, acupuncture and laser therapy as part of your pet’s pain management plan.

Laparoscopic surgery
We have a dedicated surgical suite for laparoscopy (or “keyhole” surgery), a minimally invasive surgical procedure that can be used for neutering and other procedures.

Orthopaedic surgery
We have a dedicated surgical suite for orthopaedic surgeries, and offer cruciate ligament injury (TPLO and TTA) and luxating patella correction surgeries, as well as fracture repairs

In-house laboratory
Our dedicated laboratory team can conduct a range of tests onsite, allowing for the prompt and accurate diagnosis of many health conditions.

Exotic pet care
We’re always happy to see exotic and small pets at our dedicated exotics ward, and offer a variety of routine services, including exotics clinics with our nursing team.

Cardiology and blood pressure monitoring
We offer heart scanning, electrocardiography (ECG) and blood pressure monitoring to help detect and manage heart conditions.

Pet insurance claims
We have a dedicated insurance and accounts department, and can process direct insurance claims for you.

Prescription medication
You can order prescriptions online or over the phone. We also offer prescription reviews (required at least every six months) and written prescriptions on request.

Senior pet care
We offer senior pet clinics with our registered veterinary nurses, as well as old age and mobility clinics.

Referrals, second opinions and outpatient care
We’re always happy to see referral cases from other veterinary practices at our hospital. We also offer second opinions and can accept outpatient cases.

Ambulance service
