This is the lovely Frankie – he is a five and a half year old German Short-Haired Pointer.
He had a mass removed from his shoulder/elbow area. The incisional wound unfortunately broke down due to an infection he had in his system and movement in the area.
With the help of antibiotics and Laser Therapy, there was no need for surgical intervention, his wound healed within 3 weeks!
Below are some before, during and after photos. We are so glad Frankie is now happy and healed.
If you think your pet could benefit from laser therapy either for arthritis or wound management, please contact the practice and we can organise a consultation.

It was a long road and quite scary at one point but he is very happy and healthy now! He has a pretty big scar sure but it’s better than having another operation and more risk!
The difference the laser made was incredible and highly recommended 🙂
As always great service and so much love and care for him!
